Shipping & Returns

Timelines

Orders placed before 11:00AM EST are shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 11:00AM EST are shipped the following day. 
Orders received after 11:00AM EST on Friday are shipped the following Monday.

We ship via UPS & USPS for all orders. Your invoice and tracking information will be sent to the email address provided after placing your order. Metazo is not responsible for packages delayed due to weather or events beyond our control. Metazo is not responsible for product lost or damaged during shipment. Metazo is not responsible for shipments that are lost after leaving our warehouse. 

Shipping

Changing Shipping Address

Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.

Failed Deliveries

We ship to the address provided. If packages are undeliverable for any reason, Metazo is not responsible for return shipping costs or cost of re-shipping merchandise. 

Returns & Exchanges

Domestic & Return Exchanges

Domestic orders are eligible for refund, or online store credit if return is initiated within 30 days of delivery. Once your return has been created, you will receive a pre-paid return shipping label via email. Using the provided label, please drop off your package at any Post Office or USPS location.

Domestic returns will be subject to a $6 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.

International & Return Exchanges

International orders are eligible for refund or online store credit if return is initiated within 30 days of delivery. We do not offer exchanges on international orders. We will provide you with our address for returns. International customers are responsible for bearing the cost of return shipping

Returns & Conditions

Items must be marked as shipped back to us within 30 days of original delivery date. Please include the original order packing slip in your return package.

Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and with the original packaging.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

Products marked Final Sale cannot be returned.

International returns are accepted. Return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer. 

Metazo is not responsible for product lost or damaged during shipment. If your return is accepted, refunds or store credit will be issued within 7-10 business days via the original form of payment and payment amount, excluding original shipping and return costs (if applicable).
